The plan includes relocating the existing storm water management features near Dover Street in order to provide a new civic open space. The graphic also depicts affordable artist housing at the intersection of Rails-To-Trails and Brooklets.

This rendering depicts the liner building concept with on-street parking that was first shown on the Dover Road corridor plan during the first public pin-up session. The objectives are to slow speeding traffic, provide a more comfortable and safe pedestrian experience, and offer affordable incubator space to retail businesses.
